The face of papemelroti has changed through the years, but the heart has remained the same.  In our little way, we have a wish that everyone who walks into our stores would love the things we love - our faith, our family, our country and caring for the environment.

Our love for the Philippines has been deeply ingrained in us through the years.  We know that to have the best country, we need to be the best citizens.  This we strive to be - in the way we create products and do business.  This love has only grown stronger through the country's travails and triumphs.

Our Filipiniana collection started small with a few figurines like a fruit vendor or a woman in a Maria Clara and a man in a Barong Tagalog.  It was usually passed over for the other themes but we kept this collection alive.

In recent times, a demand for all things Filipiniana has surged not only locally but throughout the world.  The Filipino market is a strong and thriving one and we have noticed this in the popularity of our Philippine Souvenirs Collection.

Almost all of papemelroti's products can be customized and we have chosen to meet the rising clamor for Philippine-themed items.  This is definitely good news!  Filipinos are increasingly delighted in our culture instead of hiding it under a bushel!  We are Filipino!  We love being Filipino!
