STRICTLY DO NOT sell our items on Lazada and Shopee as we have official stores there. Reseller privileges will be revoked if found selling on these platforms.
We STRICTLY DO NOT allow resellers to use photos from our website or social media. Kindly take your own product photos for marketing purposes.

Once you get your REGISTRATION APPROVED email from papemelroti, follow the steps provided. You can shop as a reseller in three ways:

Can a Regular Reseller become a VIP Reseller and vice versa?
Yes. Your reseller discounts will depend on your accumulated yearly purchases.
Do you have cut-off dates?
Yes. By November 1, we stop processing new reseller registrations. We recommend stocking up by October for Christmas season demand.
Can we order assorted products instead of 50 pcs. per design?
Yes, items may be assorted.
Is there an additional discount for bulk customized orders?
No. Custom giveaways of 50 pcs or more already include the wholesale discount.
Can you choose the products for me?
Yes, you can give us your budget and customer type, and we can recommend saleable and new products (subject to your approval).
Do we have to sell at papemelroti prices?
No, you may price according to your overhead costs.
Can we request a catalog?
Our website serves as our online catalog.
How do you accept payments online?
We accept Credit/Debit, GCash via PayMongo, BDO/BPI Bank Deposit, and PayPal Express Checkout. See our FAQ Page for details.
Can I pay at mall branches?
No, reseller payments are not accepted at mall branches.
How long does delivery normally take?
In-stock items ship within 2–5 days after payment. Pre-order products require additional production time.
What if deliveries are damaged?
Returns are accepted only if merchandise is defective and with prior authorization. Shortage or damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt.
Can we use the name "papemelroti"? Can we put a sign in our shop?
The name "papemelroti" is a registered business name and cannot be used by other businesses. You may display signage such as “papemelroti products sold here.”
