Last October 27th, the Church in the Philippines celebrated “Prison Awareness Sunday”. Every week, we give a bible study to some 100 inmates in our Prison ministry, and every December, we give gift bags to 300 prisoners. To those who want to partner with us, we accept cash and donations in kind. Inside the bags are usually a pair of shorts, instant noodles and other food in packs (NOT cans), biscuits, laundry soap, a big bag of junk food, and coffee 3-in-1.
