Reseller Program

Our program consists of three tiers: Regular, Premium, and VIP. Their requirements and perks are as follows:

Regular Reseller

  • Get 20% OFF on all regular papemelroti products
  • Minimum purchase ₱1,500 per transaction

Premium Reseller

  • Get 25% OFF on all regular papemelroti products
  • Minimum purchase ₱2,500 per transaction
  • Required purchase per year: ₱30,000

VIP Reseller

  • Get 30% OFF on all regular papemelroti products
  • Minimum purchase ₱3,000 per transaction
  • Required purchase per year: ₱50,000

Note: Should you exceed and meet the next tier’s minimum yearly purchase, we will automatically upgrade your reseller classification and apply that tier’s corresponding discount.

Terms and Conditions

Discounts

  • Reseller discounts are for RE-SALE purposes only.
  • They apply only to regular papemelroti products we manufacture (consigned items not included).
  • Reseller accounts and discount codes are NON-TRANSFERABLE and may only be used by the approved reseller.
  • If you do not purchase products within 1 year, you will need to re-apply to our reseller program.

Purchasing Products

Purchases and payments may be done online or at our main branch only. Items may be shipped or picked up at papemelroti Roces Ave.

Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok

STRICTLY DO NOT sell our items on Lazada and Shopee as we have official stores there. Reseller privileges will be revoked if found selling on these platforms.

Use of Papemelroti Social Media Photos

We STRICTLY DO NOT allow resellers to use photos from our website or social media. Kindly take your own product photos for marketing purposes.

How to Order

Once you get your REGISTRATION APPROVED email from papemelroti, follow the steps provided. You can shop as a reseller in three ways:

  1. SHOP ONLINE using your Reseller Account and Code
  2. Email shop@papemelroti.com or call (+63) 919-563-5556
  3. Shop in person at papemelroti Roces Ave.

Shipping Information

Approximate Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping / Freight Collect: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on location)

Shipping fees are shouldered by the reseller. Free shipping promotions are not applicable.

Pick-up is also available at papemelroti Roces Ave.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Reseller

Can a Regular Reseller become a VIP Reseller and vice versa?
Yes. Your reseller discounts will depend on your accumulated yearly purchases.

Do you have cut-off dates?
Yes. By November 1, we stop processing new reseller registrations. We recommend stocking up by October for Christmas season demand.

Products

Can we order assorted products instead of 50 pcs. per design?
Yes, items may be assorted.

Is there an additional discount for bulk customized orders?
No. Custom giveaways of 50 pcs or more already include the wholesale discount.

Can you choose the products for me?
Yes, you can give us your budget and customer type, and we can recommend saleable and new products (subject to your approval).

Do we have to sell at papemelroti prices?
No, you may price according to your overhead costs.

Can we request a catalog?
Our website serves as our online catalog.

Payments

How do you accept payments online?
We accept Credit/Debit, GCash via PayMongo, BDO/BPI Bank Deposit, and PayPal Express Checkout. See our FAQ Page for details.

Can I pay at mall branches?
No, reseller payments are not accepted at mall branches.

Shipping

How long does delivery normally take?
In-stock items ship within 2–5 days after payment. Pre-order products require additional production time.

What if deliveries are damaged?
Returns are accepted only if merchandise is defective and with prior authorization. Shortage or damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt.

Intellectual Property

Can we use the name "papemelroti"? Can we put a sign in our shop?
The name "papemelroti" is a registered business name and cannot be used by other businesses. You may display signage such as “papemelroti products sold here.”
