Scrap Crafting with Plastic
09 Jan 2015
All you need is a picture or words on paper, scissors, clear tape, water, and a piece of hard plastic. I usually save blister packs from toys or gadgets and cut it up for this project.
Put the tape over the words or picture.
Then you remove the paper by rubbing your wet finger over it. The words or the picture will remain.
Then I cut out a shape from the blister pack and stuck the clear tape with the words on it.
I punched a hole on it.
I have a whole set to choose from.
This one is a picture.
I also have a lot of trinkets that I can dismantle and use for this project.
I tried making an earring.
This is a key chain.
But I really use this for making embellishments for my scrapbook. The “eyes” of Mona Lisa are taped on to hard plastic. You can also make embellishments for all sorts of other things as well- your planner, picture frames, boxes, notebooks, and anything else you can think of!
