Papemelroti receives Quezon City's 2016 Gawad Parangal Award

Papemelroti is honored to receive the prestigious 2016 Manuel L. Quezon Gawad Parangal Award.
On it's 13th year as Quezon City's highest award, this is given to institutions that have imparted inspiration and have created a positive impact on society.
To accept the award was Papemelroti's owner and Managing Director, Ms Patricia Alejandro Paterno.
Ms Patricia Paterno receives the award from Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista and Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte.
